MIDWEST SPORTSMAN 2005 CLASSIC
THE BIGGEST EVER!

Some 327 teams met on Kentucky Lake and Barkley Lake on October 6 & 7 to compete in the largest amateur classic ever held.

The original field of 407 qualifying teams was reduced by the teams not being able to travel because of the price of gas.

The teams who were able to travel to the classic had two days of super fishing ... as all previous records were broken.

It just proves that Midwest Sportsman competitors just

get-er-done
just like our T-Shirt says.

These guys could compete with any of the Pros!!!

The biggest weight ever!!!
2-Day Total Weight was 2313.31 Lbs.

1st Day set a record weight of 1453.82 Lbs.

The 2-Day Tournament consisted of:
376 Largemouth Bass
72 Smallmouth Bass
2 Kentucky Spots

74.3% of the teams (a total of 243 teams) weighed fish on the
first day of fishing -- this is a record in itself!
